§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their current version at the time of the order.

"Consumer" means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Formation of Contract, Storage of Contract Text

(3) The presentation of goods on our website does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation for the consumer to place an order. By placing an order for the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer for the conclusion of a purchase contract.

The acceptance of the offer is made in writing or in text form or by sending the ordered goods within one week. If the deadline expires without success, the offer is considered rejected.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The prices indicated include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply.

(2) The consumer has the option of payment by Advance Payment, PayPal .

(3) If the consumer has chosen payment by advance payment, he/she is obligated to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for shipment within 60 working days. The delivery will be made within 30 working days at the latest. The deadline for delivery begins on the day following the payment order to the bank instructed for the transfer in the case of advance payment, and for all other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall also pass to the buyer upon delivery of the item to the buyer in the case of a sales contract involving shipment.

§5 Retention of Title

We reserve the right of ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
As a business owner, self-employed individual, or company (B2B), you are not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period for consumers is fourteen days, starting from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Financed Transactions

If you financed this contract through a loan and you withdraw from the financed contract, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement if both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender uses our cooperation for financing. If the loan has already been received by us at the time of the effectiveness of the withdrawal or return, your lender enters into our rights and obligations from the financed contract with respect to you regarding the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. This does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, or precious metals. If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as much as possible, you should separately revoke both contract declarations.
